Terms & Condition

1. Videos that have been purchased cannot be refunded.
2. Before accessing learning videos, students who have made payments for the Basic Full Course or Single Course must ensure they have the necessary haircutting equipment.
3. The purchase of learning tools and products can be done through the online academy website.
4. Students enrolled in package classes cannot access the next video until they complete the exam on the previous video.
5. Every student who has completed the haircutting technique course must upload a video of their haircutting results for the exam to receive an e-certificate.
6. Models in the exam video to be uploaded can use either mannequin hair or human hair.
7. The exam video submission must be a maximum of 3 minutes in duration and edited to include haircutting techniques, parting techniques, blow techniques, and styling results, and uploaded to the online academy website.
8. E-certificates can be downloaded after students upload their exam video results and pass the evaluation based on the score (scores below 50 are considered failing).
9. Online Academy certificates are issued according to the class taken.
10. The student's name on the e-certificate will match the name registered on the online academy website. The name cannot be changed (corrections can only be made for typos or errors of one or two letters).
11. Tutorial videos are for personal use only and cannot be accessed or distributed.
